  • Jewellery material and care
    Our products are made from the highest quality and most durable 316L stainless steel and that includes our Silver steel jewellery, 18k gold plated and carbon ion plated black chains. Our chains are waterproof and sweat resistant, but like all precious metals, to maintain our jewellery for a longer lifespan, please keep it away from any harsh chemicals, In case they are wet, please dry them as soon as possible using a cloth or microfiber towel, please don't use any scratching material to wipe the jewellery. As the jewellery is made from highest quality materials, these products are hypoallergic and sweat proof.
  • Product packaging
    Our products are delivered to you in a small elegant, branded vegan leather padded box enclosed within the cardboard box and bubble wrapper to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
  • Product warranty
    Alexander TOR offers a 1 Year Warranty on all products from the date of purchase. For the duration of 1 Year and covers any manufacturing faults to your jewellery outside fair and routine wear and tear. Our warranty doesn't cover for lost, stolen, purposely damaged, or damaged via a third-party events. Just email a photo of the faulty item to our support team using our Contact Us form along with your order number and we'll process a replacement item for you or if the replacement item is not available in stock then issue a store credit to spend on something else from our store. Failure to provide a photo of the defective/faulty item voids the warranty. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase for the warranty. We do provide free shipping of our products but we do not cover shipping of returned items, it has to be returned to our office at the customer's expense. Shipping charges are not refundable. Alexander TOR reserves the right to deny a refund if the items contains any signs of wear and tear, stains, odours or if the item is not in the original packaging.
  • Exchange and Returns
    Alexander TOR offers a 30 days exchange period on all products from the date of purchase. Items returned must be in original packaging and must not contain any signs of wear and tear, stains or odours. We do provide free shipping for all of our products but we do not cover shipping of returned items, it has to be returned to our office at the customer's expense. Shipping charges are not refundable. Before returning, Please use our Contact Us form to let us know that you are returning items, we will issue exchange once the item is received in satisfactory condition. Alexander TOR reserves the right to deny a refund if the items contains any signs of wear and tear, stains, odours or if the items is not in the original packaging. Depending on the chosen shipping method and carrier, it may take several days for your return package to reach us. Please anticipate a processing time of 14 business days from the moment our warehouse receives your return, and you will receive an email notification once this occurs. We offer refunds to your original payment method on all full priced items returned to us. Store credit on an e-voucher is offered for any returned sale items or items purchased using a discount code.
  • Overseas Shipping
    Yes, we do ship all over the world. Shipping costs may apply, and will be added at checkout.
  • Delivery time
    Australian orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours (weekend excluded). Australian and New Zeeland 2-8 business days Express shipping 1-4 business days International shipping varies country to country
  • Orders tracking
    Once the order is confirmed, you will be notified via email with the shipping tracking link. It may take up to 24 hours for the shipping company to update it's tracking information, In case you haven't received your tracking number after 48 hours from purchase, please contact us using our Contact Us form and our support team will assist you.
